I. S. 944 (Sanders), Veterans Health and Benefits Improvement Act of 2013. To improve the provision of medical services and benefits to veterans, and for other purposes.
II. S. 893 (Sanders), Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2013. To provide for an increase, effective December 1, 2013, in the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans, and for other purposes.
III. S. 851 (Sanders), Caregivers Expansion and Improvement Act of 2013. To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend to all veterans with a serious service-connected injury eligibility to participate in the family caregiver services program.
IV. S. 572 (Burr), Veterans Second Amendment Protection Act. To amend title 38, United States Code, to clarify the conditions under which certain persons may be treated as adjudicated mentally incompetent for certain purposes.
V. S. 373 (Shaheen), Charlie Morgan Military Spouses Equal Treatment Act of 2013. To amend title 38, United States Code, to add a definition of spouse for purposes of veteran benefits that recognizes new State definitions of spouse.
VI. S. 287 (Begich), Helping Homeless Veterans Act of 2013. To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve assistance to homeless veterans, and for other purposes.
VII. S. 131 (Murray), Women Veterans and Other Health Care Improvements Act of 2013. To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the reproductive assistance provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs to severely wounded, ill, or injured veterans and their spouses, and for other purposes.
VIII. S. 6 (Reid), Putting Our Veterans Back to Work Act of 2013. To reauthorize the VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011, to improve enforcement of employment and reemployment rights of members of the uniformed services, and for other purposes.
