S. 1939 (Gillibrand) Agent Orange Equity Act of 2009

S. 1940 (Gillibrand) A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a study on the effects on children of exposure of their parents to herbicides used in support of the United States and allied military operations in the Republic of Vietnam during the Vietnam era, and for other purposes.

S. 2751 (Cornyn) A bill to designate the Department of Veterans Affairs medical center in Big Spring, Texas, as the George H. O’Brien, Jr., Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

S. 3286 (Specter)  A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program on the award of grants to State and local government agencies and nonprofit organizations to provide assistance to veterans with their submittal of claims to the Veterans Benefits Administration, and for other purposes.

S. 3314 (Brown) To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and the Appalachian Regional Commission to carry out a program of outreach for veterans who reside in Appalachia, and for other purposes.

S. 3325 (Begich) To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the waiver of the collection of copayments for telehealth and telemedicine visits of veterans, and for other purposes.

S. 3330 (Casey) Veterans’ Health and Radiation Safety Act of 2010

S. 3348 (Akaka) To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the treatment as a motion for reconsideration of a decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals of a notice of appeal of such decision misfiled with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

S. 3355 (Klobuchar)  Veterans One Source Act of 2010

S. 3367 (Akaka)  To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the rate      of pension for disabled veterans who are married to one      another and both of whom require regular aid and       attendance, and for other purposes.

S. 3368 (Akaka) To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize certain individuals to sign claims filed with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs on behalf of claimants and for other purposes.

S. 3370 (Akaka) To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the process by which an individual files jointly for social security and dependency and indemnity compensation, and for other purposes.

S. 3377 (Burr)   To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the
multifamily transitional housing loan program of the Department of Veterans Affairs by requiring the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to issue loans for the construction
of, rehabilitation of, or acquisition of land for multifamily transitional housing projects instead of guaranteeing loans for such purposes, and for other purposes.
