HEARING WITH THE AMERICAN LEGION TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY

(Washington, DC) U.S. Senator Larry Craig, Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs, has announced that the committee will receive the annual testimony from The American Legion on Wednesday. The Legion has 2.7 million members.
The "Legislative Hearing of The American Legion" will be held Wednesday, September 20, in room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC, starting at 10 a.m. Eastern.
It will be webcast live, and archived for viewing later, at http://veterans.senate.gov. The hearing may also be audiocast ? during the hearing only ? on C-SPAN's hearings website, located at http://www.capitolhearings.org.
