SENATE VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE TO HEAR FROM FIVE MORE VETERANS' GROUPS THURSDAY

(Washington, DC) Chairman Larry Craig announced today that the Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 9, to receive testimony from the national leadership of five more veterans' organizations.
The hearing is part of series of on-going meetings the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee is holding with national veterans groups to listen to their concerns and receive their advice on legislative issues.
Thursday's hearing will be webcast live, and archived for viewing later, at http://veterans.senate.gov. They may also be audiocast ? during the hearings only ? on C-SPAN's hearings website, located at http://www.capitolhearings.org.

The hearing will be held in room G50 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern.
